Step 1
Please ensure that you return the item in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. Please seal the parcel with transparent adhesive tape and do not use adhesive tape.

Step 2
Write your address on a piece of paper as the return address and also enter our address as the delivery address. If you are returning a parcel, we must be able to identify who the parcel came from. Otherwise there is a risk that your parcel will be lost by a delivery service such as DHL that we will not be able to accept it.
Step 3

Notify us of your return by e-mail to info@ohmolly.uk.

Please let us know why you wish to return your item. Once you have exercised your right of return and we have received your IBAN details, your money will be refunded within 10 days.
Please note! It is important that we receive proof from you that the item has been returned to us. This proof can consist of a shipping receipt from DHL or a confirmation email from a carrier.
Step 4

Send the parcel by DHL as these are the cheapest return options. The costs for shipping or collection are at your own expense. We ask for your understanding.
Please note! If the goods arrive and are damaged, unkempt or do not meet our conditions, we reserve the right not to accept the goods. In this case you have no right of return.
If you have a complaint, please always include photos. This way we can see together how we can solve the problem to your satisfaction.
